75-MINUTE EVENING EXPERIENCE | ZANTI @ the One Golden Thread Oasis

Elevate Embody is a 75-minute immersive experience created to help you release the day, return to your body and transition into your evening feeling peaceful, grounded and at ease.

Guided by Nish Fox, ZANTI Society Founder, Yoga Instructor, Breathwork Facilitator, Meditation Coach and Sound Practitioner, the experience weaves together breathwork + sound journey + live devotional music.

We begin using intentional breathwork to release accumulated stress, shift energy and quiet the mind. From there, you will be guided into a longer immersive sound journey, allowing you to soften, surrender and deeply receive. We close with live devotional music and stillness, a grounding ritual to help you transition from the energy of doing into the experience of simply being.

Leave feeling lighter, calmer, embodied and deeply restored, carrying that sense of ease with you as you wind down into your night.

This is a gathering at the One Golden Thread Oasis (1216 Abbot Kinney Blvd.) Tickets can be purchased on the One Golden Thread website. $55/person.

Bring your own yoga or padded meditation mat, blankets, slim pillow, eye cover, water bottle, and everything you need to create a most comfortable space for yourself.
