Elevate Hour is a 60-minute mind-body reset designed to move energy, clear the mind, and recharge you for the rest of your day.

Join Nish Fox, ZANTI Founder, Yoga Instructor, Breathwork Facilitator, Meditation Coach and Sound Practitioner, for an intentionally curated trifecta of yoga-inspired movement, activating breathwork and restorative sound meditation.

We begin with movement to strengthen, open and energize the body, followed by a guided breathwork activation designed to release tension, shift stagnant energy and create greater clarity, presence and vitality. The experience closes with an immersive sound meditation, allowing the nervous system to settle and integrate so you leave feeling grounded, centered, clear and recharged.

Think of it as a reset and recharge, a chance to step away from the noise, reconnect with yourself and return to your afternoon with renewed energy, perspective and positivity.

This is an intimate gathering held at the One Golden Thread Oasis and will show at capacity once reached. $44/person. Door opens at 9:45am and session starts promptly at 10:00am.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket, eye cover, water bottle and anything else you need to feel comfortable.
